TRY YOURSELF IN DIFFERENT TEAM ROLES
The dynamic interactive program provides a lot of new knowledge and approaches in the areas of organization and team management. We use methods that are part of modern research and recommendations of renowned global experts on teamwork.
The program participants will try their hand at various teamwork roles (leader, organizer, motivator, coordinator). By playing various team roles, we will connect theory with practice in such a way that we will transfer the acquired knowledge and experience to your business environment. The program has repeatedly proven to be an excellent tool that brings together and unites colleagues in a team where each individual works and creates for the common goal of the company.
Focus: based on the previous meeting, we adapt the program to the client’s wishes and needs

ABOUT THE CONTRACTOR – AGENCY MAYA TEAM
Maya Team is a family company that was founded in 1998. Its founder and director, Borut Nikolaš, devoted his education and life to sports and business tourism.
Today, he is a recognized team moderator and lecturer in many Slovenian and foreign companies, where he lectures on the topics of communication, organization, motivation and trust within individual teams.
The headquarters of the agency is in Tolmin, and services are provided throughout Slovenia and beyond the country’s borders.
