RECEPTIONIST (m/f)
When: June, July, August, September
Payment: €10/hour net
Possibility of employment or work via student work voucher
Benefits: organized and paid accommodation
• Operational management of all processes at the reception;
• Handling reservations and payments;
• Ensuring and implementing high service standards in relation to guests;
• Familiarity with all processes, standards, policies, and offerings of “Soča Residence”;
• Managing business correspondence with (potential) guests and other stakeholders;
• Collaboration with the Residence Soča team;
• Reviewing sales KPIs and undertaking activities to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Work experience at the reception is desirable but not mandatory;
• Mandatory knowledge of the English language;
• Mandatory computer skills (Office environment, reception program, social media);
• Willingness to work in day and afternoon shifts, on Sundays, and holidays;
• Competency profile: good business communication skills and hospitality towards guests.
