ČISTI VRH, 1875 m
A full-day hike to the most picturesque peak in the Trenta Valley.
The easy climb to Čisti Vrh, which rises 1,875 meters above sea level, offers a stunning panorama of the rugged western Julian Alps. Despite the fact that the hike includes 922 meters of ascent and descent and a vast 20-kilometer distance, the climb itself is gradual and undemanding, without any technical challenges.
Feelings of excitement overwhelmed us as we saw the unparalleled views and diverse landscapes – from picturesque forests and narrow valleys to high cliffs. In perfect sunny weather, you will feel like you are in a dream.

CIRCULAR TOUR AROUND ZADNJIŠKI OZEBNIK
A top-class circular tour into the heart of Trenta’s mountain paradise
The route from the Zadnjica Valley around Zadnjiški Ozebnik to Trenta is a true Alpine adventure that takes you through stunning and diverse landscapes – from quiet forests and green meadows to high mountain pastures, all the way to rocky peaks.
We start the trip in the magical Zadnjica Valley, which enchants everyone with its silence and untouched beauty. Along the way, we come across a signpost that directs us towards the Zasavska Koča on Prehodavci and the upper Triglav lakes, just an hour and a half walk away. If you wish, we can extend our trip to this hut.
Then we will tour around magnificent Zadnjiški Ozebnik, where we can enjoy the solitude and timeless peace of this place in complete silence. We continue our journey towards Planina Lepoč, through forests and vast meadows, where we will have the opportunity to admire the rich alpine flora and fauna.
At the end of the trail we find ourselves in Trenta, where we end the tour and enjoy a well-deserved rest at the end of this unforgettable journey.
The nature on this trail is simply stunning – from lush forests with rivers, through open alpine meadows, to completely bare and dramatic rocky mountains.

KRN LAKE
Head to the magical Krnsko Lake, the largest high-mountain lake in Slovenia
The trip begins in the picturesque Lepena Valley, located just below the majestic Alps. We head towards the lake along a wide, pleasant forest path, surrounded by lush nature and fresh mountain air. About two hours of walking through shady forests brings us to the point where the path ends, and the view opens up to the mighty peaks surrounding the lake.
After an additional hour of walking, we arrive at the magical Krnsko Lake, the largest alpine lake in Slovenia. Here we enjoy a relaxing picnic by the lake, or choose a delicious snack at the Koča na Krnsko jezero, which is only 15 minutes from the shore.
Additional trip options:
Extended two-day trip: Overnight stay in the comfortable Koča na Krnsko jezero, where you can enjoy a warm shower and the option of a private room, for complete relaxation after a day of hiking.
Extended hike: The tour can be extended to the stunning Velika Baba above the lake, where even more magnificent views await you.
Trail statistics: 1,400 meters of ascent and a total length of 16 kilometers, which can easily be divided into two days for a more enjoyable experience.

FROM SOČA TO BOHINJ (multy-day tour)
3-day trek across the beautiful Julian Alps from the Soča Valley to Lake Bohinj
On a multi-day trip, you will be enchanted by the beautiful Alpine landscape, adorned with picturesque hills, mighty peaks, crystal clear rivers and magical waterfalls.
On the first day, we will explore the Soča river Valley. We will visit numerous waterfalls, charming Alpine valleys and take a walk along the emerald green Soča, which is known as one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe. We will start the trip around 9 am and return to Residence Soča in the late afternoon, where we will enjoy a well-deserved rest.
On the second day, our path will lead us to the Lepena Valley. We will follow a picturesque path that will lead us to Lake Krn, the largest alpine lake in Slovenia. We will end the day by sleeping in a cozy mountain hut surrounded by peaceful nature.
On the third day, we will hike to Bohinj. The scenic route leads past the mountain peaks surrounding Lake Bohinj, where at the end of the long tour, refreshment in the crystal clear water of the lake awaits us.
This picturesque trek through Slovenia is the right choice for all nature lovers, and is suitable for anyone over the age of 12.
