LEARN & GROW – FIRE EXPERIENCE is a boutique, professionally supported development program that combines personality diagnostics based on the internationally recognized Process Communication Model (PCM®) and an experiential firewalk as a symbolic and group integration of the process.
The program is designed for individuals, groups, teams, and organizations looking to upgrade their communication, strengthen trust, improve collaboration, and develop greater inner stability for both the individual and the group as a whole.
The program is not a traditional lecture or a standard team-building event; it is a structured developmental process in which participants immediately connect acquired insights with concrete situations from their personal, professional, or group environments.
Program duration
Program comprises 11 hours of a guided group process and includes the preparation and processing of individual PCM personality profiles for participants.

The two-day structure allows participants to first gain a clear understanding of their personality dynamics, communication patterns, and stress responses, and then transfer these insights into an experiential process that concludes with a firewalk. The first day is dedicated to understanding personality structures, communication, motivational needs, and responses under pressure.
The second day focuses on personal responsibility, trust, inner stability, and preparation for the firewalk as a powerful symbolic confirmation of the process.
- Group size
The program is designed as a boutique execution with a limited number of participants. The recommended group size is 8–15 people, as this size allows for a high-quality process, sufficient individual attention, and safe group dynamics. For individuals, the program can be conducted as an open group with a pre-announced date.
- Organizational conditions
Registration is required at least 10 days before execution, as an individual PCM personality profile must be completed for each participant in a timely manner. The program can be implemented as a closed execution for companies, teams, and organizations, or as an open program for individuals wishing to join a development group. The content is adapted to the goals, dynamics, and needs of the participants based on the form of execution.

The program is conducted by an internationally certified PCM trainer with experience in the field of group processes, communication, personality dynamics, and guided transformational experiences – Marija Košir.

The Learn & Grow program is led by Marija Košir, a master of firewalking, who is considered in the Slovenian space to be a synonym for safe, respectful, and professional work with fire. Her approach is based on a blend of years of experience, personal maturity, and a deep responsibility toward every individual who steps onto this path.
Marija’s work with fire did not begin overnight. It is the result of years of maturation, personal exploration, and deep dedication. For her, leading a firewalk is not a tourist attraction or an adrenaline point in a program, but a carefully moderated psychological and experiential process.
Marija does not only lead firewalking; she leads people toward their own inner stability, while maintaining the highest level of respect for natural forces and human integrity.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Through the program, you will master the elite PCM® methodology, also used by NASA to understand personality dynamics, communication preferences, and stress management. You will learn to detect conflict patterns in a timely manner and adapt your response for better cooperation and more effective relationships in all environments.
DAY 1 – PCM COMMUNICATION AND PERSONAL DYNAMICS
The first day is dedicated to understanding the personality dynamics of individuals and the group.
The program includes individual PCM personality profiles for participants, interpretation of the personality structure, understanding perceptions, communication channels, motivational needs, and stress responses. Special emphasis is placed on how individuals respond under pressure and how we can recognize these responses in a timely manner and manage them more effectively.
Through practical examples and simulations, participants connect the model with concrete situations from their environment. The goal of the first day is greater clarity in communication, a better understanding of differences between people, and the formation of concrete action steps for better cooperation and personal effectiveness.

DAY 2 – PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND THE FIREWALK
The second day is dedicated to deepening personal responsibility, trust, and inner stability.
The process includes working with limiting patterns, identifying internal inhibitions, strengthening trust in oneself and the group, and preparing for the evening firewalk. Through a guided process, participants connect the insights of the first day with personal decisions and concrete internal shifts.
The evening firewalk represents the symbolic conclusion and integration of the entire process. It is a powerful experience that allows participants to ensure that a decision does not remain only at the level of understanding, but is experienced physically, collectively, and emotionally.

AFTER AN ACTIVE DAY
Our modern apartment complex comprises 4 buildings and offers 19 superior apartments where tradition and comfort go hand in hand. Our accommodation offers excellent options for relaxation after an active day:
