Zadnjiški Ozebnik is a less-known mountain above the Zadnjica valley with a beautiful view of the peaks above the Soča river valley. It is a mighty mountain that rises above the Trenta, Zadnjica and Trebijški dol valleys with high, steep walls.Since no marked path leads to the top, you can enjoy peace at the top.

Čisti vrh is an 1875 m high mountain located north of the Špičja ridge, more precisely on the scenic hill above the Čez Drt saddle. From the top, where there is a registration box, we have a beautiful view of most of the highest mountains that surround the Trenta valley.

The Soča river and its tributaries are considered a unique destination for fly fishing, which is indeed the only kind of fishing that is allowed on the Soča river.

The village of Soča lies among some 2,000-metre high mountains of the western Julian Alps, right beneath the mountain ridge that starts with Mount Svinjak to the west, extending through the 2,347-metre high Mount Bavšica Grintavec to the north all the way to Palec above Zadnja Trenta. Just 200 metres from Residence Soča stand the lovely St. Joseph Church, whose classical exterior does not let on that its walls and ceiling are adorned by unique murals by Slovenian famous painter, sculptor and illustrator Tone Kralj (whose surname literally means king).
