A cold shower before going to bed helps you sleep better, and also improves the appearance of your skin and hair.

WHO IS LUKA TURK?
Luka Turk is a former Olympic swimmer (OI Beijing, 2008) and soldier, but today he is a movement teacher and personal trainer. By swimming in cold water, a simple Radovljičan expanded his consciousness, awakened his body and strengthened his mind, and found his mission, which he now passes on with passion. Luka was inspired by Wim Hof with his touching life story and breathing techniques to overcome the cold.
At the workshop with Luka Turk, you will receive:
• Acquiring knowledge about the effects of cold on the body, about proper physical preparations for ice immersion and about healthy eating,
• Learning conscious breathing and other breathing techniques,
• Morning stretching,
• Evening socializing,

I could list all the pluses I’ve read in books, articles and online about this question.
I’m not going to do that because that would just be transferring other people’s information and I don’t want to do that,
because that’s not my truth. The truth is my own experience.
My why was purely curiosity. And when my curiosity is at the fore, I know it is
I will take away a lot. I first faced the cold eight years ago and every year I do more
grateful because he had a huge impact on my life. My resistance rose to the heights
due to body adaptation. I also noticed a different perspective on illness and health.
Besides, this experience offers me so much more.

This power is hidden under every thought that tells you that you can’t, that you’re not worthy, that you’re ugly, that you can’t do it, what do I need, it doesn’t matter. Such thoughts discourage you from the power and the possibility to
changed life for the BETTER. By awakening the Warrior within me, I was able to become a world champion in ice swimming. I would like to transfer this knowledge to every individual.
